In preparation for our upcoming opt-in ads API, we updated the royalty terms to clarify how revenue sharing will work with non-kreds revenue. The newest version of this document is available here.

The only difference from the previous version is the insertion of the following text as Section V.

V. Other In-App Revenue Royalties

1. Use of Kongregate APIs for any other in-app revenue (including but not limited to "opt-in" or "incentivized" ads) will be treated as revenue with the same royalty share used for kreds.

2. You may not have any in-app transactions or advertising within your game except
   those provided through Kongregate APIs.

We have not yet announced when this API will be public, but it should be early in 2016.
